TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to geminimals.com (the "Site"), run by Geminiworld Studios / @FuransuNoEdosan ("we", "us"), Osaka, Japan. By using the Site you agree to them.

1. ABOUT THE SITE

The Site shows fantasy art from the Geminiworld universe, including Geminimals characters. All art is AI-assisted and human-curated: we write the worlds, characters and concepts, direct the AI tools, and select and finish every piece. AI-assisted works are labeled as such.

2. WHERE PURCHASES HAPPEN

We do not take payments on this Site. Digital art, exclusives and subscriptions are sold through DeviantArt (deviantart.com/furansunoedosan), and merchandise through UP-T. When you buy there, that platform's terms, payment rules and refund process also apply. Prices and details shown on this Site are for information; the price on the platform at checkout is the one that counts.

3. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Because digital files are delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns or cancellations of digital purchases once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except where the file is defective, is not what was described, or cannot be downloaded. In those cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace the file or arrange a refund through the platform. Merchandise returns follow UP-T's return policy. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Japanese consumer law.

4. HOW YOU MAY USE OUR ART

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, art you buy or download from us is for your personal, non-commercial use, such as a wallpaper, a personal avatar, or TTRPG sessions at your own table. You may not:

  • resell, redistribute or share the files, or sell prints or products using them;

  • claim the art as your own or remove signatures or watermarks;

  • use the art in logos, trademarks or paid products;

  • use the art to train or fine-tune AI models, or feed it into AI tools to make derivative works.

Buying art does not transfer ownership of any rights in it. For commercial or licensing requests, contact us.

5. OUR RIGHTS

Geminimals, Geminiworld, the character and place names, lore, logos and Site content belong to Geminiworld Studios / @FuransuNoEdosan, to the extent rights exist under applicable law, including the Copyright Act of Japan.

6. WHAT NOT TO DO ON THE SITE

Do not copy or scrape the Site at scale, try to break or overload it, send spam or unlawful content through the contact form, or pretend to be us. We only run official accounts linked from this Site; we never ask for passwords or payment details by message.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION (PRIVACY)

When you contact us or sign up for updates, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you, handle orders and support, and (if you opted in) send news about new releases. We do not sell your information or give it to third parties, except where the law requires it or where a service provider handles it on our behalf (for example, our website host Wix and our email provider). You can ask us to show, correct, stop using or delete your information by emailing furansunoedosan@gmail.com. We handle personal information in line with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

8. LIABILITY

We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is a work in progress and may change or be unavailable at times. Only where we are slightly negligent (not grossly negligent or acting on purpose), our liability for damage from using the Site or our art is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the item involved. This does not limit liability for our intent or gross negligence, or any right that Japanese law does not allow to be limited.

9. LINKS

The Site links to other sites (DeviantArt, UP-T, social media). We are not responsible for their content or terms.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect purchases already made.

11. LAW AND COURTS

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled by the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction. If the English and Japanese versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
